SoftCraft Agency provides website development, software development, AI solutions, SEO and related digital services. The specific scope of services for each project is defined in a written proposal or agreement provided before work commences.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our website are starting prices. Final pricing is confirmed in a written proposal based on your specific project requirements. Payment terms are agreed upon before work begins and are stated in the project proposal. We do not commence work without a confirmed agreement.

3. Project Scope

The scope of each project is defined in the written proposal. Changes to scope after work has commenced may affect pricing and timelines. Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be discussed and quoted separately before proceeding.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, required content and approvals necessary for project completion. Delays caused by late client responses or content provision may affect project timelines.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for a project, clients receive ownership of the custom code, design and content we create for them. Third-party components, libraries and platforms used in projects remain subject to their respective licences.

6. Warranties and Limitations

We aim to deliver high-quality work and will address bugs or defects identified within a reasonable post-launch period as defined in the project agreement. We do not warrant that websites or software will be free of all errors indefinitely or that they will meet every possible requirement not specified in the project scope.

7. SEO Disclaimer

SEO services are designed to improve technical website quality and search visibility. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels or business outcomes from SEO work. Search engine rankings are determined by the search engines themselves and are subject to factors outside our control.

8. AI Solutions Disclaimer

AI systems are built to handle specified use cases and knowledge bases. AI responses may not be perfect in all situations. We are not liable for business decisions made based on AI-generated content or responses.

9. Confidentiality

We treat all client project information as confidential and do not disclose project details, business information or proprietary data to third parties without consent.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of appropriate courts in India.
